We got a call to clean a very dirty Ford Think. The blue body panels were swirled up something fierce. My first thought was that it was made of fiberglass but after taping on the body panels it was obvious they were plastic.
Nice, good to see it's in such good shape still. I know on some of the early Think's they had problems where the color would start delaminating from the body panels. Too bad Ford only made those for a year, I hear they are a really good NEV.

Quick question. Did you notice PlastX leaving behind a dull haze to the plastic? I used PlastX on white plastic from a ATV and the shiny coating was removed. At least in the test area I tried it on.

It's always a good idea to test in an inconspicuous area first, (I know you know that scrub but I'm adding this suggestion for the benefit of others that might not).
Some plastics like the fenders on ATVs and Motorcycles don't lend themselves well to polishing. I know I've tried a few things on some different types of plastics such as ABS and if I remember correctly, I was able to remove defects, but not restore the original gloss the surface had when it was brand new.
Always test first.
