I am curious if waxing plastic head/tail lights (not just applying a booster wax) after a full detail is recommended? My guess is that it provides some benefit, even if that is only to make them easier to clean next time around.It took me less than 20 minutes to apply a thin even coating of NXT Spray Wax to the entire finish including chrome and plastic headlight covers and taillights.

When using a spray-on wax, it's just as fast to make a pass over things like the tail lights or headlights as it is to skip them, how much benefit is there? Probably more benefit than if you do nothing.Comment
