  • Is Hyper Dressing OK for belts and hoses

I'm going to detail my engine, and I was told not to use anything with Silicone on belts and hoses. So is Hyper Dressing OK to use on belts and hoses?

I plan on using Safe D-Greaser then dressing with HD, and wiping down with a towel.

    Thanks, Magic

hoses sure no problem...however i on belts i wouldnt..it attracts dust i would worry bout belt slippage....what i do is dress with 303 and a foam applicator..then spray hyper dressing over the engine and let is set....if i were you hand apply hyperdressing to all the components you want....then spray hyper dressing over engine and let it set...just cover anything u dont want sprayed...

**edit** i use safe degreaser ...amazing product...try to get the foaming spray nozzle if u can...make sure to let it rest for 30 seconds before agitating...use brushes its makes a huge difference..and prewet adjacent panels with water in case you get degreaser on the panels...i mean it supposedly safe for short intervals but still
