I am in desperate need of 1, maybe 2 people to help me with the yacht detailing.

I've been doing all of this work by myself, and at this point, there isn't enough hours in a week for me to take care of all of them. Some of them have to get bumped to the back burner, while some of these other "big" jobs are taking most of my time. Typically, if a boat gets a full-on, hardcore detail once, it needs to be washed about every 7-10 days, and a quick touch up on the metal and plexiglass. If it's just a wash job, I can wash a 60' boat, do all the quick little touch ups, and be done in about 2 hours. For the full detail, that could take 3 days.

If you're interested, and you feel like working on some BEAUTIFUL boats (none of them are SMALLER than 45', and the biggest is just a tick over 147'), and getting the opportunity to develop/exploit your detailing ability, please let me or my boss know.

Learning a craft through hands-on job experience that a person can then take and actually start their own business quite the opportunity. Perhaps an add in your local paper would yield some enthusiastic young men or women that don't mind working hard?

      Just an idea...
