Just wanted to share for those still growing, or that have room to grow.
Forget Living Social or Groupon. Amazon Local is awesome, or at least for me. Coming out of the cold season i decided to try them out for a little promotion. They wanted me to commit to 50 full details and 25 wash &vacs. I thought it wad a bit high, but agreed.
I sold out in a week.
$1000 was direct deposited into my account. And the calls started pouring in. Granted i only got $1000 for $4000 worth of service, BUT, so far (and I've only completed 18 services of the 75 sold) I've landed 3 large recurring accounts (that will generate approximately $600 per month), and about another $400 in referrals for 1 time customers.(some may use service again, but you can kinda tell the difference in customers who only wash their car 3 times a year).
So i still have some odd 58 freebies to complete and excited to see what happens.
I still have plenty of time to do me regular customers, as i purposely only book 1 freebie per day. This stretches it out for a while and doesn't tie me up to bad.
