  • My 7336 came in today!

Ok first off I love the size and it's way lighter than my rotary, sweet! Just wondering how long I need to polish an area say a door. I noticed that it does not heat up the polish like the rotary. Yes no burning paint. It puts on a very thin coat that is easy to remove another nice touch. I am using #80 with a 8006 pad the polish seems to stay allot longer do I still need to work it untill it's almost gone. I also have #83 that I use with an 8006 can you go more aggressive than this combo or leave that to the rotary. The DA polisher is working awsome on the black paint no more swirls . Thanks for the help!

Basically, you never want to work a panel or section too long that you buff to a dry buff. At this point you have lost your lubricating base and the potential increases for surface marring. (Does that make sense?)

Anytime M83/W-8006/PC on the 5.0 setting isn't removing the defects, it's time to substitute the rotary buffer.
