  • Brinkman Duel Xenon Light, Bulb Replacement

One day my light fell off the back of my van. Only a few feet but enough to destroy a bulb.
Detailing.com being my local store just gave me a new bulb for free, very nice! Thanks John.

    The replacement is real easy.

Remove the Black Rubber Housing. Mine was a little sticky to I pried it loose with my Blades of Chaos!!!

push off the housing with your tumbbb

You'll have the Black Plastic Ring to remove with your finger

Next take out the Reflector housing

Now the circuit panel/bulb sockets are now accessible

Use a pair of pliers to grab the broken bulb with all your might a pull, pull. pull as hard and as fast as you can. Also don't pull the on trigger or you will electrocute yourself. This was actually my 5th attempt at this because I accidentally knocked myself out the first time and then the next 4 time I shocked myself unconscious just for fun.
    So be carfull!

After installing the bub I wiped it off to remove the disgusting oil from my fingers so it's clean and won't explode. I don't know if these bulb will explode like a halogen but it's something I now practice on every bub I replace.

TA DA! I'm an e-lec-tronics expert!

Next I removed the Glass Protector from the Reflector Housing to get out the pieces of the broken bubb.

Assemble it in the reveres order or any order you want...
    BLA BLA! It works!

    ........ I crack myself up
