Hey guys new member here. I've been a lurker for a while now and I decided it's time to join the forums... Anyways I am lucky enough to be young (30) and have a stable steady income coming every month. (Military Service) I've been thinking about getting into the detail business full time. Mobile, out of my garage and I have also been approached by a Custom car shop here in town.

What kind of insurance do I need to carry? How much does it run and what companies offer insurance for detailers?

you can contact state farm, they have policies for detailing type work. they usually are pretty reasonable but you will have to work out a policy price with them based on the type of work you are doing, the environment and all that. good luck!
