How many of you guys made something like this for your customers? I have a toureg coming in for a detail, whom is an internet inquiry(not a friend or family).
The only downside is that some clients will not want to go through the checklist & just want the job "done".
I do a lot of details for doctors & dentists & such and end up just picking up & returning the keys from the office desk, then my recieve my check.
I have one client that I have been doing business with for about two years & have done probably over 200 details for & on maybe a couple times has he commented on areas of concern or what his final thought was on the service. Although his repeat business speaks for himself.
Anyways, I am done rambling.
Great paperwork you got there & I would definitly try & use it as often as possible prior to servicing vehicles.

I have a form like that which I use. It is a good thing to try to cover your butt for existing damages, however I do believe that legally, it doesn't matter whether they have signed that form or not and they complain about damages. Your form looks great and I'd suggest using it.
I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like. I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
Remove swirls my friends.
Thanks for the feedback guys. I dont plan on using this on every car...Just new customers that I don't know personally or have established a rapport with. Most of my biz is family and friends...
