I am about to publish my website and have included a list of all packages / services offered for you all to take a look at. Please let me know what you think about both the packages and the pricing. All comments welcome. Looking forward to taking advice from the experts!

Premium Car Wash starting at $30*
- Wash the exterior
- Hand dry / spray detail
- Apply dressing to tires

Basic Exterior Detail starting at $50*
- Wash the exterior
- Hand dry
- Wax / Spray detail
- Clean windows (inside and out)
- Apply dressing to tires

Premium Exterior Detail starting at $75*
- Wash the exterior
- Hand dry
- Apply a cleaner wax / polish product (minor swirl / scratch removal)
- Apply a second coat of wax / spray detail
- Clean windows (inside and out)
- Apply dressing to tires
- Apply dressing to exterior plastic surfaces

Ultimate Exterior Detail starting at $150*
- Wash the exterior
- Use a clay bar on painted exterior surfaces
- Apply a cleaner wax (minor swirl / scratch removal)
- Apply a cleaner polish (remove additional swirls and light defects)
- Apply a finishing coat of wax / spray detail
- Clean windows (inside and out)
- Polish all exterior chrome.
- Apply dressing to tires
- Apply dressing to exterior plastic surfaces

Basic Interior Detail starting at $50*
- Vacuum the carpets / upholstery
- Dust / clean interior surfaces
- Apply dressing / protectant to vinyl and plastic

Premium Interior Detail starting at $65*
- Vacuum the carpets / upholstery
- Dust / clean interior surfaces
- Apply leather cleaner / conditioner to seats and surfaces
- Apply dressing / protectant to vinyl and plastic

Ultimate Interior Detail starting at $85*
- Shampoo the carpets / upholstery
- Dust / clean interior surfaces
- Apply leather cleaner / conditioner to seats and surfaces
- Apply dressing / protectant to vinyl and plastic

Additional Services
Paint Correction $50/hr
- Paint correction will give the vehicle a “show-car” finish. This includes deep swirl / scratch removal on the entire painted surface. Please call or email for quote.

Clay Bar $20
- Removes above surface bonded contaminants and restores the smooth finish to the paint surface. Removes overspray, fallout, and tree sap mist.

Interior Spot Removal $20/hr
- Restore your carpets and seats to their original color and condition. Please call or email for quote.

Engine Bay Cleaning $30
- Apply an engine degreaser and thoroughly wash the compartment under the hood (including the underside of the hood).
- Apply a dressing to add gloss and protection to all plastic pieces.

*Large trucks / SUVs add $20

My initial impressing is that it is very well done. You've done your homework.

One thing that did sort of raise my eyebrows was the wording
"Paint correction will give the vehicle a “show-car” finish".
This may be a little too big of a statement. I understand what you are trying to communicate, but you've set the bar very high. What if the car was in really rough shape to begin with?

There is quite a bit if info. but broken down on a website it should be fine.
For a brochure I might try to limit the number of choices from 3-5.

You may want to work on the sequence of each category. I think your goal was to list the items in the order in which you preform the work. However, I don't think the average customer will catch on to that or care.
You could say the the "Premium package includes, everything in the basic pack plus ..." This would reduce the info overload and highlight the differences in the packaging beyond the bold lettering"

Take my comments as they are, just comments.
Overall it looks good. I think you main goal now should be to simplify, while still getting the main points across.

Thanks very much for your information. Your suggestions are right on... The things you mentioned were the EXACT items I was concerned about and you confirmed my hesitation. I'll work on those asap so I can get this website up and running!

It good to get that confirmation. I often send info to my older brother for proofing and it's like he is able to read my mind on the things I was hesitant about. It's like Bingo... it's got to go :-)

Unfortunately, simplifying while getting the main message across is more work than explaining every little detail. I expect it will take you longer to chisel it down than it did to create it.

The good thing is that in the end it will get your message across more effectively.

I suggest eliminating any word you can.

eg.

Premium Exterior Detail starting at $75*
- Wash the exterior
- Hand dry
- Apply a cleaner wax / polish product (minor swirl / scratch removal)

becomes

Exterior Detail $50*
-wash
-spot free dry
-wax
-windows (in/out)

Premium Exterior Detail $75* (includes basic package PLUS)
- cleaner wax/polish (minor swirl/scratch removal)
- 2nd coat of wax
- dress tires
- dress exterior plastics

(THIS MAKES IT REAL EASY FOR THE CUSTOMER TO SEE WHAT THEY GET FOR THE EXTRA $25)
Now the only problem you have is trying to make your supreme package make sense, but you get the idea.... simply

I see your point. The simpler and more direct it is, the easier it becomes for the customer to see what they're getting without feeling like they're doing homework by reading all the descriptions, etc.

i had alot of trouble making pricing lists for my page, i had like 5 packages of basic exterior, basic interior, correction levels, inside cleaning levels. then i just decided to do 2 packages, one interior and exterior detail and one with correcction, i dont offer any "basic" work, i just offer premium services hahah.. it has simplified much work

Do you not clean the windows in your premium wash?

I am also not sure why you would use a Claybar, Cleaner Wax and then Polish in that order...or together at all.

If you are claybarring the car and polishing it there is no need for a cleaner wax; just top it with a pure carnauba at the end or a sealant.

Your pricing and overall package structure seem to be done fairly well. I would just mainly change your "extreme" package to being a jump from a cleaner wax application (package 3) to a machine polish application (package 4).

Website is now live! (www.majeika.com) Lots of changes need to be made (as you'll see) but it's a work in progress.

Windows are included in Premium Wash - just forgot to add. Good catch!

Clay bar is for above surface contaminants, while cleaner wax is for below surface contaminants. There are advantages (in my opinion) to doing both steps.
