After a month of phone calls and research and emails, I finally got it down to a couple power washers that will work with a water tank. These power washers are made by Karcher, and although the pumps are a direct drive, they are able to pull water from a static source. If you are on a smaller budget and can't afford a CAT pump with a decent engine, these will work. Just wanted to post this up in case someone was looking for one on a budget.

I am personally using a honda engine with a cat belt driven pump, but I did purchase that third model as a back up (I like to have extra stuff, lol) so I'll let you guys know how it works out.
