Need quick help on pricing service.

Helo guys
i got a call from a company here that will be importing 2 concept cars to santiago for a photo shoot its a black and a white cabriolet from renault i think. basicaly they need someone to give the car a detail when they arrive and then maintain it (or wash it again if needed) all this during 7-10 days and ts going to be 12 hour days. iam not sure how to quote this, but they will be paying my fuel expenses and hotel or trasportation. also most of the time i will be standing with a quickdetailer for when the car is moved for another location. and iam also not ruling out a correccion service (if needed) so thats another 300dls per vehicle.

basicaly what iam thinking is 200dls daily, and the cover my fuel and hotel expenses. also my brother and dad will help me out (divide the pie a bit). now you have to take into consideration that chile is twice as expensive so its like i would be charging 100dls. also minimum wage here is 300dls a MONTH!!

i know someone must have done this before, thanks for any help..

Apologies for having missed this one earlier.

You probably didn't get a response due to the pricing differences between Chile and here in the US, where the vast majority of our members reside.

Nonetheless, about the best you can do is figure what your daily wage is worth to you, based on what you normally get for a typical project, and use that as a guide. Which is what it sounds like you did.

I have been out of MOL since new year... well the production company accepted my quote so im working from the 6th until the 26th of january, it has been really fun working with the team.

the vehicles are 3 Renault megane CC or TCe they are beautiful, and the work has been eazy, just quick detailer on the side the pixs will be taken from. the only thing is that renault has been very strict on, is pictures, even during transportation there is always security, but i was still able to get some pics at the warehouse before security arrived from france.. i will have to post them after the cars are revealed in france this year, i dont want to have any problems with renault or the production company as they are a pleasure to work with. now i just got a call from a 2nd production company (referal from the 3 renaults) to work on 5 VW amarok trucks for the video comercials during a week, i sent my dad and brother to keep the 3 cars mantained while tomorow i will go and inspect the trucks.
