        Hmmmm, this thread is roughly a year old and given the projects Nick has going on these days, we kind of doubt the business is still for sale. Is it, Nick?

          Wow, Nick, I just want to compliment you on a beautiful van and set-up. It is exactly the kind of thing I want to have some day, and it is almost impossible to find used cargo vans in anything but white. Have you tried craigslist in the Dallas area? That would probably be your best bet to sell the business locally. Good luck selling, and hold out for what it is worth!
