Obvious answers aside (by giving them the best results for the money!), I'm interested to know how members here on MOL reward their bread and butter clients: The ones who not only come to you (and you only) for all of their detailing needs, but also refer new clients to you and write gushing testimonials of your expertise.
Do you give them free services? Discounts on services and /or products? Do you have a point system in place for your regulars that results in redeemed value for goods or services? Let them hang out in your garage or under your mobile canopy as you detail and let them ask questions and soak up free tips?
