Well, summer is fast approaching, meaning car shows will start poping up with hopeful clientel. Does anyone have any sample detailing flyers they use? Im planning on handing out flyers when Im at my truck at the show since I figure it will attract attention. Any ideas what I can include on the flyer? Trying to keep it at a page.

Re: Need advice on detailing flyer
Actually I made 4 flyers per page (normal 8.5 x 11" paper) That way my copying costs are a lot cheaper. 50 copies (@ 8 cents a piece = $4) yields me 200 flyers. Of course thats black and white, I have nicer flyers I hand out (full page and color) to genuinely interested clients, But for just passing out or dropping on some windows, b/w is the way to go. Also, do you have a web site? If so just make your flyers catchy and point towards it.Forever New

Re: Need advice on detailing flyer
Depending on what sort of car show it is, you might want color, esp if handing out in person. A high end car show might not be bothered with black and white, and you might not catch as many eyes in general.
But there isnt room for a lot: business name, a good website is key, and some kind of photo of your work.
If you have a car there, you could even have a table with a binder of your detailing work if it is allowed, so people could browse as they check out your car.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue

Re: Need advice on detailing flyer
^ I agree. If it is a higher end show make a higher quality flyer. We have weekly car hang outs / meets here, nothing official but a minimum of 200+ cars every Saturday night. I've developed a good rep with a lot of the tuners here in my area and when big shows approach I always get a few phone calls. So I have a low key cheap flyer I pass out there.
On a side note when I reordered my business cards from VistaPrint I searched for vistaprint coupons online. They are running a few deals where the entire site is 50-80% My $60 order only cost me $16So if youre looking, google vistaprints coupon and save yourself some money!

Re: Need advice on detailing flyer
Here's a tip when writing the copy... remember that people think like this,
"What's in it for me?"
Your copy should quickly tell the person holding the flyer what's in it for them.
Get your car's paint polished to perfection, we guarantee it will look better than new!
Or
Get your car detailed and let us do the dirty work, we'll clean and polish every inch of your car so you can spend your time doing what you enjoy!
Just some ideas... not sure what you're going to offer... but remember that people want to know what's in it for them, now about how great you are even though you may be pretty great and all that.
You have to come up with a reason for your potential customer to give you the money in their wallet, so you need to show them what you have to offer has more value then the money i their wallet.
Make sense? Sometimes it's hard to do...
