i didnt know where to put this so i would be able to find anybody but my car is in need of a good buffing job to remove some scratches. i dont want to burn or scratch it worse than it is. my hood especially. thanks to my brother my hood has some seriously ugly scratches on it.

anybody in Maryland or around it willing to give it a go?

ive tried scratch X and it helped a little but ive seen what an electric buffer can do and i really want these scratches gone. they look like streaks in a bright sunny photo.
