If you want your car wet/dry sanded have a bodyshop do it, not a detailer, most are not qualified to do that.
Your factory clear is really not thick enough for sanding. The mfg recommend only removing .05 of a mil of clear when buffing, what do you think will come off if you sand it? There is only 1.5 mils of clear from the factory on the car (a mil is a thousandth of an inch 1/1000th).
Aftermarket paint jobs will put on about 2.75 mils of clear if they plan to sand after to remove dust nibs; orange peel, etc.
Again, check with a legit bodyshop that knows what they are doing.
