Distance charge beyond your normal area coverage?

Hey guys... quick question.

Say you get a call from a customer that is outside your normal area coverage... how do you charge, or what do you charge, for extended travel distances?

I have my first customer that is beyond what I believe is a reasonable distance.... Ive never encountered this before and dont know what to charge.

For what its worth the "normal" radius that I consider resonable is 50miles one way no charge. Is that too far? Not far enough? This current customer that has inquired is a bit over 100miles one way.

My radius is 15 one way. I charge for travel time and min. order as well.

I have a client in Vegas that I charge $1000 just to drive up and two nights hotel.

I include the first 50 miles ROUNDTRIP free with the detail, then charge a mileage fee of $0.70 per mile thereafter. Covers the additional gas and time required for whatever distance I may need to travel.

I do 50 kilometers round trip and $0.50 /km after that...but all my gear fits on my motorcycle so I get there quicker and use less fuel.
