What is the normal schedule for your repeat customers?

Detail on initial visit and then what? Wash every two weeks? Wax every four weeks? Minor polish every six months?

I'm not a pro. detailer as it's not my daytime job.

Though I do somewhat use the schedule you described. Though I hardly do washes alone. Most people wash their car themselves (with guidelines I've given to them to spare time and do it right) and then they return every month for a layer of wax (ofcourse, inspection of the finish can result in other actions to be taken).

Polish is indeed every six months (or whenever someone decided to take a few shrubs on the side).

Full detail on initial visit.

Bi-weekly washes thereafter - including vacuum/spray wax/tire dressing.

Full detail every 6 months.

Of course things come up with the paint that need attention - and things like that always work themselves out.

If you have a customer that commits to a program like this, they usually trust your judgement and skills - and will not object to some extra charges when needed every once in a while.
