Product cost per detail

Hello guys...

I was wondering, have any of you tried to figure out how much product quantity you would use on a regular job (wash, wax, interior, dressings); and the aproximate cost per ounce.

For example:

NXT Car wash:
$7.59 for 64 oz. (¢11 per oz)
3 oz for a small to medium car
that would be ¢35 per wash...?

Am I figuring this out correctly...?!?!?

Anyways you get the idea.
I know there a LOT of variables involved, but has anybody tried to figure out how much is really spent on products per detail?

I've started keeping track of the materials I use on my details. I use on average 9 Microfiber towels.

6OZ of M80 (Half a 12OZ bottle M9912)
Haven't measured out M21 usage--it's not much. Maybe 1 OZ?

Depending on the vehicle, I consume from 1/3rd to 2 bars of clay per car. 2 bars would be a GMC Envoy with paint in really bad shape.
