  • do they both work the same?

    im sure there is a difference between these 2 products, but will they work the same? as in removing stains and what not?

    Looks like the more expensive one is heated, which usually helps in removing stains.
    I want 4" Softbuff pads!

      I second that. Heat always helps break apart any stains or grease in carpets. I have used extractors in the past and heat is the way to go. Not only does it clean well, the heated water will help the carpet dry so you do not get a fowl smell after a few days. It’s also a good idea to run clean fresh hot water after your soap extracting step. This will insure a clean fresh smelling interior.
