    Seven Point Badge - Barry Meguiar - Former Police Ofcr.?

    Mike; Being a retired police officer I noticed a 7 point badge on the book shelf behind Barry Meguiar as he spoke about Car Crazy.com. Can you tell me if he was once a police officer, regular or reserve. Or was this a commendation given to him at one time.
