Hey i just had a quick question. Usually about once everyweek i get the urge to wax my car... I dunno why i just really enjoy doing it, and it makes it all the more fun to drive having a nice clean, shiny car. I kno if you wax to much you will get wax buildup, what should i do to get rid of the urge? Because i don't want my paint yellowing from wax buildup? I was thinking about polishing one week, then the next week wax it. Would this still create wax buildup? You guys probably think im crazy lol

I have seen cars that had too much wax on them. They shine alright and the wax dosn't hurt the paint but it is much easier to leave what looks like fine scratches in the paint. They are actually fine scratches in the coat of wax.
If your ride looks OK leave it alone. If you notice the fine hazy/scratch marks I am talking about you can mix some all purpose cleaner with your next wash and strip the wax off the car.
I don't recall the ratio , just follow the instructions on the bottle. -
