  • Quick basics refresher

It's been over a year since the seminar, forgot a couple of basics.

After dabbing the wax on (from the pad onto the car)

do you start the pc when it is touching the car or off the car?

Same for when you turn off the pc. Touching the car or lift off first then turn off?

    Thanks

    What speed for fine polish?

For wax (the yellow glaze is what I have today)?

    On the car.

I turn it off while it's on the car but I'll often lift it off before it completely stops moving.

For polishes with abrasives I use 5-6. For Pure Polishes I generally use 4-4.5.

    I use 4.

        A couple more refresher's please.

Wax = let dry before buff out with micro fiber towel

Polish = I forget, do you let it dry or wipe off shortly after application with the pc?

        Thanks

Let the wax dry to a haze.

Do not let the polish dry.
