    How to clear off these dirt & water mark? Had tried Meguiar Body scrub, the black spot were cleared but not the water marks.

      Have you tried detailing clay yet? I would start with that and see how it looks.

          Claying your car works wonders, and I am hooked. My car is almost always in my school auto body shop, where the surface can sometime pick up overspray. Claying has not only rid my finish of overspray, its made it feel like glass, I think claying would really help ya.
