By machine, it would depend upon the machine and the material the buffing pad is made out of. -
Will both products #9 / scratchX remove all waxes from the paint finish ?Comment

If each product is applied and worked against the finish gently, but thoroughly, then they should remove any wax laying on top of the surface.Originally posted by mpmiller37
