What is this?

What is this from? I think its from the moisture the air catching up some kind of dust or fine dirt, but im not sure. I washed,polished,and wax them the day before. Before i used to just wash and wax them and it would take a week to get this dirty. Here are some pictures.

About all I can suggest is to wash and see if it happens again.
