Blotting is like my gf powdering her face for example right...
i just bought the wm and have not had the opportunity to use it yet..glad you guys are helping...also im trying to picture in my mind it seems it wont pick up the water without wiping/dragging alittle but i am not doubting you guys for i am a novice...im sure once i use it i will understand....

And if i used QD or Speed Detailer do you spray that on the WM or on the car and even though it wet....

I love the Watermagnet! I use only 1 and regular it`s lasting for the whole car (middle-class limousine). If I soaked to much water into the WM, I wring it out as good as possible and then go on with the work. Regular, then there is a small film left behind but my experience is, that this film is drying without leaving spots. Since I use the WM, I never had ANY waterspots on my car... I believe its a good result because of using the NXT Shampoo and the magnet... So for me it was one of the best Meguiars products I ever bought! ;-)
