if i were to nxt wax my car today, wash it every 2 weeks (no qd in between) and use nxt spray wax after every wash, could i possibly hold off on doing a full nxt wax for 2-3 months?

the car in mainly parked indoors at night, but its outside for most of the day while im at work.

If you NXT Spray Wax after each wash you could hold off easily for 2-3 months.

It's all about doing something often to the paint.

The most important thing is to get the technique for applying and removing a spray wax. Read both of these and find a method of applying the spray wax that you like best. Applying the spray wax is the tricky part. You want a thin coating and you want to use something to apply the wax, spraying directly onto the finish works, but applying it with something works best. Also, be sure to shake the bottle before using.

thanks mike. i need to find a good way to apply this stuff. this sunday i had a really hard time removing it as i probably put on to heavy of a coat. i used a foam applicator pad to apply it and mf's to remove it but it was tough. i found myself having to dampen the mf towel a bit with qd to help remove some of the excess. ill read up on those links you provided...i was ready to bust out the g100 to aid in the removal

The easiest way to apply a thin coat is with one of these,

        Even Coat Applicator

        or

        Ultimate Wipe

Normal/Small size microfibers work pretty well, dampen one side and continue to use that side. Large microfiber like our Supreme Shine Microfiber are too large for this and waste too much product as they absorb too much in and try to remove it as you're applying it.
