A lot of good replies. Seems like it's best to just live with it, rather than spend a bunch to upgrade to ceramics. Anyway, thanks for the replies.

I have had the Kleen Wheels on my jeep for the last 3 years. What was once black rims within 2 days to rims being clean and when they did get dirty all it took was a sponge and some car wash. This was only on the front of rim, backside of rim an other story. Still better than front always dirty.

I would wax/ seal MB wheels for sure after this problem I found.
Detailed a 2005 SLK 350. Washed the wheels ( NXT wash) and I was left with these brake dust stains. Tried some dish soap, didn't put a dent in it. Took some #83 on a rag and it took a lot of elbow grease to get them out.:( I would assume these wheels have a clear coat on them? I would assume there has to be a betterSRT-10 Silver
