  • what to use as a final touch?

Fellas, for the two SUV'S I am detailing over the next couple days(late 90's) after washing, working in the color x real good and NXT wax is there anything I could put on top of that for a little extra bling???

Some sort of polish. You could go to a ColorX, Show/New Car Glaze (Professional), or DC #2.

And/Or Final Inspection (Professional), NXT Speed Detailer, Quik Detailer.

A Combination of these, or one of them should help give it that "shine" boost

    Hope this helps,

Before you add a polish, I'm extremely fond of putting a Carnauba waz over the top of NXT becasue it gives the color more depth and richness, NXT by itself just sharpens the reflections up. With the combination, you get the best of both worlds.

If however, you have a finish with metal flakes in it, I would just put on some polish because Caunauba will tend to "kill" the pop of those metalic flakes.

      Go nuts!!!

          Yes,

It sounded confusing, But after you get all done with everything, Including your "last" two coats of NXT, you can apply either a polish, or carnauba wax.

          Sorry about the confuzzlement (confusion)
