On my truck's visor there is one of those anoying warning stickers. It is a vinyl decal that sees like it is melted to the fabric, and then there is a sticky plastic layer over it. I can pull some of the plastic off, but the vinyl part seems more "permanent". Has anyone ever removed one of these? If so, how did you do it? -Lindsey

possibly heating it up with a hair dryer or heat gun on low setting and peeling off??
** But I do believe that they are made not to be removed so it might not be possible**Trent W.

I doubt they are illegal to remove! They just put those warnings in there like that so you can not do what that one guy did with his motorhome. He put it on cruise controll, went to get a cup of coffee.. You can imagine what happened next. He then had the balls to sue the manufacture that it did not state that you need to be in the seat at all times, and he won! They dont want you to remove them. I have them in my truck as well, but my visors are cloth and they are right in the cloth. If I remove them it will screw up the cloth. On vinyl Im not sure how they put those on. it was be like a sticker with a clear background that you may beable to heat up and scrub off somehow. I dont recommend you trying it. Just deal with it.
