My wife and I just bought 2 new cars about 2 months ago. I have been doing the usualy weekly wash, putting on a good sealant, and doing a monthly thorough interior cleaning. My question is how often do you guys do a full engine detail? What is suggested? Thanks.

I generally don't need to do a "full" engine cleaning on mine. I find that as long as I open it and wipe stuff down with a damp MF every time I wash it, it stays mostly clean. Once a month or so I'll break out the steamer and go after the spots my MF can't reach, and also at that time re-apply the dressings to plastic/rubber/vinyl parts.
If you don't let it get dirty in the first place, you won't need to do anything labor intensive to keep it up.
