I just bought a PC 7424, 18001 backing Plate and a 6" counterweight. I ordered Meguiars cutting and finishing pads (Megs. store in Mexico did not have polishing pads at the moment ).
I have a 12 months old truck with a well maintened paint.
Can I safely use the cutting pad with # 9 ? What PC speed ?
I will follow with 2 coats of NXT with the finishing pad. Speed ?
Can someone please post which pads are better used with cleaners, polish, etc.
Would the cutting pad be to agressive for my paint ? Can I use it often ?
