  • Great cleaning tip

Well, I'd figure that I would post a tip that I use all the time for cleaning brushes, Hi-tech applicator pads, even a baseball cap! lol
I found that a gallon bucket that has a tight lid works great to wash all sorts of stuff in. I use a 1 gallon joint compound bucket. Here is a couple of pics of my wheel face brush getting washed: (all pics are thumbnails, click on them for larger version).

Here you see I added a small ammount of A.P.C. to the bucket:

Brush added with a small amount of water (maybe a cup or so): [/IMG]

Now after shaking/ rolling for about a minute:

Yes the brush is still in there, lol.

It also works great for cleaning aplicators, just remember to work the soap/ foam through the pad by hand before rinsing.

i have a 5 gallon bucket i use for a similar purpose to yours, i just add a lil apc as well, fill the bucket with warm water , and everything gets thrown in there after use, then into the washing machine when its enough stuff for a load ...

I use 5 gallon buckets as well, but find you can concentrate the cleaning effort better when only cleaning one tool as opposed to mulitiple things.
