I understand that ColorX will help to remove swirls because it contains a microscopic diminishing abrasive as well as chemical cleaner. On this site (MOL), we talk about how long to work the diminishing abrasives in various products but have not seen anything on ColorX. I assume you apply it just like your waxing but perhaps apply a little more passion into it and maybe work that area a little longer then if your were just waxing? Or am I going to see a change knowing when the transition happened? I hate asking these generic basic Q's, but I am an overthinker sometimes and like to know to get the maximum benefits outta something. Thanks.

ColorX and Working the Microscopic Diminishing Abrasive

With any cleaner/wax, part of the cleaning ability comes from you!
With a cleaner wax like ColorX, just apply it and work it into and against the finish thoroughly and then allow it to dry. It's not as crucial to work this product like a dedicated paint cleaner in fact for light cleaning, or maintenance of a daily driver you can apply it gently and not even worry about breaking down any of the diminishing abrasives as it's not a fact like it would be if you're using something more aggressive like M83 etc.
Just apply, work in well, allow to dry then wipe off. Repeat if necessary.
