new paint has cured now ??

  • new paint has cured now ??

    i had my rear bumper repainted (clear coat) and its curing time is up is still very smooth no claying is neccesary . now i had nxt wax as well as dc1 and dc2 should i use dc1 ,2 follwed by wax ? the only reason im unsure is because the paint is so clean and new

    Sounds good to me.

    On the other hand, rear bumpers are notorious for bonded contaminates. If you have clay, it certainly wouldn't hurt to use it here.

    But if it feels very smooth to you, then you be the judge.
