  • cleaner wax use

I was curious if using #6 cleaner wax repeatedly will hurt my cars paint. It is a solid color no clear coat. Also once the oxidized paint is gone will it stop leaving paint residue on my wipe off cloths or is that something i will see always.

The cleaner waxes are very mild, and good for frequent use. #6 is slightly stonger than the A-12, but still quite safe.

With a clear coat, clear paint will always rub off. With a red car, red paint will rub off. A bit less may come off, once the oxidiation's gone, but some will always come off.

          Hey,

Firstly, I am not sure what the "1" and "2" posts are for? Were you testing your profile? If you are, PM me and I will help you.

Anyway, Meguiar's Cleaner Wax contains a very mild cleaner that will help to remove very light oxidation. As such, it is a product that can be used all the time to keep your paint looking its best!
