  • Meguiar's G104 Orbital

Anyone tried the Meguiar's Cordless Orbital Buffer? Just wanted to get some feedback because this product looks handy. For instance, how is the battery life and what is it best suited for? Thanks.

I heard it's a good machine. But it's not very powerful getting swirl's and scratches out of paint.

This is great for applying glazes and waxes. Takes the regular Meguiar's foam pads. I have had a little trouble with the battery life, but I don't have that many charge/discharge cycles on them yet; I'm told that makes a difference. It's really good for the ladies since it's lighter/easier to hold than the corded units, and convenient for the rest of us.

This sounds excellent for light cleaning or applying a wax. No cords to get all tripped up in, hmm i want to get one

I might go for one myself one day.

Beats dragging out the 100' drop cord.

This cordless polisher is limited to applying products, such as pure polishes or waxes, it is not strong enough to remove swirls or scratches out your car's finish.

Unless you wheel out a generator on a cart; a lot less power cord!
