  • Cleaner Wax

I just put some cleaner wax on the car. And when I put it on with the applicator, the applicator started to look dirty. What could cause that?

You mean after you wiped it on the car? If so, that could be you removing dirt, or if you have a single stage paint then it will be the paint coming off. Its not unusual for the same thing to happen when using a clay bar too.

The car has a clear coat on it. And it's not the color of the car. The car is blue and on the applicator it isn't.

Sounds like you either need a better washing, and/or a good claying.

I know when I take the bra off the car the paint under it feel's smooth and on the side's of the car. It seem's it's only rough feeling on the hood, roof and trunk of the car.

Have you clayed before? Definately sounds like it needs clayed to me.
