I just bought a black new 2005 Nissan pathfinder and find some mirror scratches and swirls. I purchases meguiar's scratch x, Deep Crystal system Polish and Gold Class Clear Coat Car Wax. my question is are these product are the right way to go to have the problem resolved? and can this be use by hands? sorry for my bad english

Your products can be used by hand with great results. The ScratchX will wear your arm out, could be better to do one section this week, the other section the next. After using ScratchX on a section, the polish and wax will go on great.
Be sure to read the How - To article on using ScrathcX.
Once you have corrected the problems, you will probably want to back off to the DC#1, as it is milder, and much easier for more frequent use.
