Different brands of clay bar

I can't seem to find Meguiars clay bar, there was 2 other brands at Auto Zone but I can't remember the names. Is there a couple of other brands that are as good or almost as good as Meguiars. Thanks.

Have you tried all the Meguiar's dealers listed in the Dealer Locator for your area?

If you can't find a Meguiar's clay bar kit, then try the Mother's clay bar kit. It works well also. Both are good products.

I too would suggest using the dealer locator for your area. Meguiar's has the consumer Quik Clay System and the Professional Series of clays. I would suggest trying to locate the Quik Clay System.

I couldn't find the Meguiars Clay Kit, so I used the Mothers one. Works good. Did what I had hoped it would.

I like the Clay Magic myself. That was probably one of the brands available at Autozone.

Your best bet to get Meguiars clay locally would be a PBE dealer stocking Overspray Clay. Very good, especially on rail dust and tree sap!

I have used clay magic recently, doesnt seem like bad stuff. The spray they give you smells like suntan lotion, but other than that...

I would have used Mothers, but all I could see around here was that box with the cleaner wax in it. Didnt want to pay 6 bucks more for a tiny bottle of cleaner wax I dont want, and a smaller bar of clay.

The Clay Magic lube works very well, and the Clay Magic bar does not require as much lube as Meguiars clay bar did. The Clay Magic lube seems like #00 Car Wash diluted with water just IMHO. I am tempted to try the #00 diluted as a clay lube just to see if it works.
