            It a sense, yes, apply it in a thin, even coat. Then remove with a MF towel. Unlike a wax, #81 is a pure polish and will not dry but rather skin over. Therefore, you can either apply it to the whole car and then remove. Or, apply it to a panel at a time and then remove. I tend to prefer the latter method.

                It seems to be easier to remove when you do a panel at a time.
