    Hey,

    I suggest the following:

    Quik Clay

G100 with W-8006 Pad and #83 DACP (Ultimate Wipe for removal)

G100 with W-9006 Pad and #80 (Ultimate Wipe for removal)

    G100 with clean W-9006 Pad, NXT for application and then;

G100 with Ultimate Bonnet over a W-8006 Pad for NXT removal

    I hope this helps!

I have yet to use #83 but the rest I have and they are work great! Can't wait to give #83 a try, just have to find a vehicle that needs it!

#83 is a good product, but there is a learning curve associated with it.

One thing I've noticed about though, and that it's easier to tell when the abrasives are breaking down on black paint, than on most other colors.

Yep---really!! The reason I made that suggestion is that he will be using the #83 with the W-8006. As such, the little haze left from the #83 can usually be dealt with easily with the #80 and the W-9006 pad. In fact, IMHO, it will bring the finish to an even higher level of quality.

If, however, a person was using only the #80 as their paint had only mild swirling, then I would suggest the W-8006 pad.

Hmmm......I'll have to keep that in mind.

Won't try it this week though......Humidity is so bad it looked like I was hit with a bucket of water after cutting the grass this evening!

                Hi guys,

Just asking if #83 can mix with scratch-x that i think much effectively to remove scrathes and swirls. And how long to work with them over w8006.

                Thanks

I am not sure what you are asking here?

Meguiar's ScratchX is meant to be applied by hand only, and not by machine. Moreover, if you are using a rotary or a PC, Meg's #83 will remove the swirls easier. You need to work the #83 over a 2'x2' area ( 60cm x 60cm) until the product is a light residue/dust. With the PC, this may take 3-5 minutes per 2'x2' area. Then remove with a MF towel.

Good luck and post some before and after pictures!!
