  • Gotta love #83!!

I picked up some #83 and a micro buffing pad kit to try out on my car. Needless to say I'm EXTREMELY happy with the results!!

I wanted the megs pads and some other stuff but this was all they had. It is a 3-1/2" buffing pad set. I shouldn't have to say it but this took f-o-r-e-v-e-r to work out the swirls,spider-webbing and most of the scratches.

I only did half the trunk lid to experiment but I'm VERY VERY happy with the results.

    I used #83 w/micro buffing pads(wool and foam) and a rotary buffer.

    Enough talk here's the pics.

I need to order the megs pads but it's gonna be a week and a half before they ship.

I guess the micro pads are better then doing it by hand!
Just to give you an idea of how small the pads are here's a pic of one next to the #83 bottle.

It's hard to look at it in direct sunlight because it's so bright!

The shots are not so good because I have a billion trees around me and I had to move around till I got the sun between the branches. I hope to get better pics of before and after.

        Great reflections RLdetail.

Can you use this product with a PC? If so at what speed setting and pad selection is recommended. I've used #9 Swirl Remover 2.0 with a 6 1/2" Polishing pad on my Black Altima, and I was pleased to see many of my swirls were hidden/removed, but I was wondering if #83 would do a better job removing deeper swirls.

Additionally, what product would be used next after #83? Would you use #80 next or can you go straight to the LSP such as NXT/#21/#26, etc..etc.
