Engine Detailer??

I use a product called CD2 mainly because I dont know where or if Meguiars has something that will help me out.. Id like to get something by Meguiars bc its the only Brand I use other then CD2

Exactly what are you wanting from a product on your engine. Cleaning and removing grease or something to shine up and condition hoses and rubbers surfaces? I am sure we have something that will work great for this application. I currently use Meguiar's M4016 Vinyl and Rubber Cleaner and Conditioner. It works fantastic for light cleaning and conditioning of painted plastics and rubber surfaces. Not a high gloss product, so it does not attract dust as other products would.

See I was hoping to find a degreaser that didnt require rinsing just bcause Im very skeptical about spraying the motor.

So basically a degreaser to make it look like new then a shiner for the hoses things like that ?

I recommend the Vinyl and Rubber Cleaner/ Conditioner M4016. This product can be applied by either spraying on and applying with an applicator. Let the product penetrate for a few minutes, then wipe off any excess with a clean dry towel. Cover any clear plastic pieces or any wiring that should not get moisture. If you spray, wipe down outside body panels with Quik Detailer to remove any overspray from the paint body. No rinisng required.. providing the engine is pretty clean to begin with.
