  • Still hazy

I have clayed the whole surface. #80 with G100 on speed of 5 with 8006 pad, twice. One coat NXT. I don't think the finish is as deep as it could be. It still looks a little hazy.

2 year old dark blue. washed once a week but never waxed.

Question, should I go with #83 or DC1 or DC2 with the G100.

    Jeff.

well it depends, what kind of haze? did you do a thorough job of the clay? can you show us any pics which gives detail to the haziness?

Was the haze present before you started working on your paint?

I will try to upload some pics. It is more like when you look into the reflection on the side it looks kind of milky or has a whiteish look to it. The reflection does not look clean and deep as i have seem in the photos on the forum.

Yes it was before I started. Maybe I am looking for something that can't be had. But based on the pics i have seen here it should look like a mirror when done or wet and deep.
