Where do I start?

What procedures should I start with to remove the spray paint on this? Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks for your reply! I clayed it first and that just took some yellow color off and made the surface smooth. I also tried some Meguair's heavy cut cleaner and that just made everything shiny. haha So that's how I ended up here.

Try a bit of denatured alcohol on the paint. Surprisingly, sometimes DA will soften it just enough you can pick at it with a fingernail. Tedious? Yes!

Thank you all. The denatured alcohol worked! The yellow spray paint rubbed right off. Kinda marked up the car paint but I'm attributing that to a cheap after market paint job.
