Hi all,
Trying to sell an old beater. This was my first car so it's got some sentimental value to me and I want it to look as nice as possible when it goes to a new home. Car is a 01 Civic - one of the many purple cars during that time period
Problem is, there is a huge paint defect across the hood and some on the roof of the car. I thought it was oxidation, but after attending the Meguiar's detailing class, I have a feeling it might be a case of clear coat failure.
Bottom line - is there a remedy for this, other than a whole new clear coat and/or paint job? If it's something that I can DIY, I'm happy to do so!
