Really tough to tell in the picture exactly what these are, do they appear to be sitting on the surface of the paint? I'm assuming they do not smear around when you are wiping? Any chance you can take pictures in the shade and then shine bright light directly on them? This may help us to evaluate.Nick Winn

They do smear around when I wipe them. I will take some pictures when I get home(I snapped these quickly before work). It seems as if it's oily or greasy and can feel it on the surface.

I am not sure if you have figured out your smearing marks on your truck yet, but it looks like it may be dressing sling. If you recently washed your truck and applied a thick coating of tire dressing it will often times sling onto the side of your truck. Maybe trying using some FD and a microfiber to remove it. Diluted AP will work too, but it will strip your wax coat. After its off make sure you apply some wax protection. Curious what you find out.JB's Executive Detailing "Protecting your investment"
